Hi, It's my first build which is almost complete. I picked up the ASUS ZE mobo and a GB Samsung PCIe SSD to run Windows 10 (64 bit). Problem is I can't seem to find a step-by-step guide showing how to enable/configure all the settings in BIOS/UEFI to get the m.2 SSD to work. Windows 10 did not install the Intel LAN driver by default for me with this build. Not sure that is a Gigabyte thing or a chipset thing. I had the same issue as you with this Define C. Luckily I had an older driver on a back up drive that worked. Today I will be showing you how to install your drivers for you mother board on your new rig or even to just update a old rig!
